Hope this message finds you well! I want to share news on an upcoming performance I've been invited to be a a part of. It's @ Human Resources LA on Nov. 12th and I plan to share some work-in-progress, the river knows. This evening is organized by a strong group of movers and shakers hailing from Riverside California, they are Primera Generación Dance Collective. The evening features first and second generational artists: Pavel Acevedo, Jobel Medina & Joey Navarrete, Nhu Nguyen, Yanina Orellana, Myrrhia Rodriguez, Crystal Sepúlveda, and Primera Generación Dance Collective. Until Nov. 5th you can purchase a discounted ticket using discount code: pgdc. Get your tickets early! Click here to purchase ticket.**
I want to give a big shout out to contributing collaborators of the river knows. They've been putting generous time and energy: Gwen Benitez, Jonathan Godoy, Rebekah Johnson, and Kylie Kruger. They'll be performing live earlier that same day on Nov. 12th. This iteration will take place in the Santa Ana River @ Martha Maclean Anza Narrows Park at 11:00 a.m. The performance on site is part of an event organized by the Riverside Art Museum, There is a River Here.
Also, this weekend, Nov 6th I'll be facilitating a workshop too. More on that by following this link: the river knows - dancing with the Santa Ana River.
Thanks for your support in advance! Hope to see you at either one of these events!
